Proxy Yard Base grew from repeated Friday-night cutovers that failed for predictable reasons: incomplete inventories, undocumented file couplings, and runbooks written for executives instead of operators. We formalised a planning practice that treats readiness as the product.

How we show up

We facilitate workshops, write artefacts your teams keep, and leave implementation ownership with your engineers or chosen delivery partners. We do not sell cloud credits, managed platforms, or subscription software as the core offer — advisory planning is the commercial centre.
